Who is responsible for your data

What I collect and why

• Contact form. Name, email address, company, store URL and the message you write. Used only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and my legitimate interest in replying to you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Server logs. The hosting server records IP address, time, requested page, browser and referrer for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are deleted after [30] days.
• Analytics and advertising cookies. Only if you click “Allow analytics” in the cookie banner. Then Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel may set cookies and receive your IP address and page views, to measure which pages and adverts work. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Without consent, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. The site works fully without them.

Who receives the data

• My hosting provider, [HOSTING PROVIDER, COUNTRY], which stores the website and email.
• Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel), only with your consent. These providers may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

I do not sell your data and I do not send newsletters.

How long I keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Enquiries that lead to a contract: for the duration of the engagement and as long as Polish tax and accounting law requires.
• Analytics data: as configured in the respective tool, at most 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@m2senior.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Cookies used

• consent-analytics (local storage): remembers your cookie choice. Strictly necessary.
• _ga, _ga_*: Google Analytics, up to 14 months, only with consent.
• _gcl_*: Google Ads conversion tracking, up to 90 days, only with consent.
• _fbp: Meta Pixel, 90 days, only with consent.

I will update this page when the way the site processes data changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
